Probably Insane.—Tuesday last afternoon Sheriff Eldredge went out into Blissfield township and arrested Mr. Charles Gretzmaker for whipping and abusing his wife, He has twice been to the House of Correction for the same offense, and it is thought that he is insane, his wife also expressing that belief.
